Sometimes things can get a little fuzzy after an entire year of watching baseball from anywhere other than the ballpark. The occasional memory refresher can come in handy. Here’s a reminder of what we may have missed while most of us were still staying at home.

The Padres (67-54) were defeated by the Colorado Rockies in the first game of three at Coors Field by a score of 6-5. Ryan Weathers (4-5, 5.06) gave up five runs on eight hits and no walks with three strikeouts in four innings. Connor Joe hit a solo home run in the first inning. Trevor Story doubled to drive in Joe & Brendan Rodgers and Charlie Blackmon hit a two-run home run in the third inning. C.J. Cron hit a walk-off solo home run in the ninth inning.

Antonio Senzatela (2-9, 4.58) allowed two runs on six hits and a walk with two strikeouts in seven innings. Jake Cronenworth scored on a wild pitch by Senzatela to Eric Hosmer in the second inning. Fernando Tatis Jr. scored on a single by Manny Machado in the sixth inning. Trent Grisham hit a three-run home run with Cronenworth & Austin Nola on base in the ninth inning.
