Padres 5, Braves 4 (Suspended, Middle of Fifth Inning)
The Padres (56-42) were leading the Atlanta Braves (46-48) by a score of 5-4 in the middle of the fifth inning when the game was suspended after a three hour and three minute rain delay. This was after the game was postponed two days prior because of rain. The remainder of the game will be made up at a time and location to be determined.
Ozzie Albies scored on a double by Guillermo Heridia, Austin Riley came home on Orlando Arcia‘s sacrifice fly, Heredia came in to score on a double by Ehire Adrianza, and a single by Joc Pederson scored Adrianza in the second inning.
Trent Grisham scored on a Eric Hosmer sacrifice fly, Wil Myers drew a walk on a wild pitch that scored Fernando Tatis Jr., and a double by Ha-Seong Kim scored Jake Cronenworth & Myers in the first inning. Grisham scored on a Cronenworth single in the second inning.
