Sometimes things can get a little fuzzy after a couple of days of partying with fellow Padres fans in the Gaslamp. The occasional memory refresher can come in handy. Here’s a friendly reminder of what we may have missed while we were drinking.

The Padres (24-24) scored more runs than the Jingle Bells of Arizona (25-23), 2-1, in the first game of three at Petco Park. Chris Paddack (4-2, 1.93) pitched six innings, allowing one run on five hits and no walks while striking out seven. Nick Ahmed scored on a Jarrod Dyson groundout in the third inning.

Luke Weaver (3-3, 3.14) allowed two runs on four hits and no walks with seven strikeouts in six innings. Franmil Reyes hit a two-run home run in the sixth inning.
